# Updating Provisioning Profiles

When your profile registered on Monaca expires, you will need to renew your provisioning profile on the Apple Developer site.

To renew a profile, follow the steps below.

### 1. Select the target profile&#x20;

Select "Profiles" from the side menu.&#x20;

From the list of profiles, select the profile to be updated.

### 2. Click the Edit button&#x20;

1. On the Edit screen, edit the profile name, App ID, etc., if any changes are needed on this screen.&#x20;
2. If you only want to update the expiration date, proceed without editing any items.

### 3. Click the Save button

Click the Save button to create a profile with the updated expiration date.&#x20;

Download the created file and import it into Monaca. This completes the profile update.
