# Building for iOS

{% hint style="info" %}
Starting from April 2026, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store will need to be built with the iOS 26 SDK or later. For more information, see [Submitting iOS Apps to the App Store ](https://developer.apple.com/ios/submit/). Because of this, in order to publish Monaca apps to the App Store, you must use Cordova 13.0 or higher in your projects.
