# Build Environment Settings

You can set the environment settings for building applications. The settings are project-specific.

## Configure the build environment

1. From the Monaca Cloud IDE menu, go to **Build → Build Environment Settings** .
2. Set the environment information that will be used for building applications.

3\. After finishing the configurations, click **Save**.
